Tomorrows event/Stödeventet imorgon

Tomorrow is the day we have our event to help raise money for women and children i DR kongo. It is a cooperation between the swedish red cross and a bunch of swedish artists. The situation in northern Dem. Rep. Congo is critical. Women and children live harsh and brutal lives where brutal rape, abuse and murder is part of daily life.

Stödeventet går av stapeln efter mycket planering och slit. Här är reklamfilmen, hoppas att ni har vägarna förbi. Det kommer att bli jätte kul!

Läxhjälpens Graphic identity

I recently worked on the graphic identity of the company läxhjälpen. I did the logo:

I just redesigedned a label for an old client. The logo is also my doing. I am very happy with the new design. :)

Trying my best to put all the techniques I learned to good use

Jag håller på med en ny bild. Jag försöker applicera allt jag har lärt mig på digital målning kursen på www.schoolism.com.

I have just gone through a course at Schoolism.com taught by a favorite artist of mine, Bobby Chiu. One of the techniques I have learned is to visualize through darkness. Creating an image from darker to light. The first time I did it, I was surprised by the result:


Now Iam working on a new image applying the same technique:


It's not done yet and I am having truoble with the hair, I am dreading the wings and let's not even talk about the background! But it's fun and i like the challenge! Tips are welcome! :D

De senaste månaderna har jag varannan vecka tagit del av en lektion i digital målning på Schoolism.com. Läraren är den otroligt talangfulle Bobby Chiu som inspirerat mig på så många olika sätt sen jag börjat följa honom på Youtube.

I Kursen lär han ut sina tekniker inom digital målning. Det är väldigt lärorikt att se bilden bli till bit för bit. Det som skiljer det från målningskursena på youtube är att han går in i varje detalj och därför samtidigt lär en photoshop. Jag har lärt mig mycket och kommer att lägga upp resultaten här på bloggen.
